Head coach Dan Campbell said on 97.1 The Ticket on Tuesday morning that they will sign K.J. Britt off of the Patriots’ practice squad. Jack Campbell remains in the hospital after suffering a neck injury and Jimmy Rolder will miss the rest of the season with a hamstring injury he suffered on the same play that Campbell went down. Britt appeared in one game for New England this season and had one tackle. He played in 17 games for the Dolphins in 2025 and in 59 games for the Buccaneers over his first four NFL seasons. Britt has 162 tackles, four tackles for loss and a half-sack over his entire career.
