Linux 7.4 DRM Infrastructure Better Supporting HDMI 2.0 With New Helpers

Sent out today was the latest weekly pull of drm-misc-next changes of feature material to queue in DRM-Next for Linux 7.4. Most notable in this week's pull request are a number of patches for enhancing the HDMI 2.0 handling in the DRM core infrastructure and display helpers. Cristian Ciocaltea of Collabora has been working on enabling HDMI 2.0 support for the Synopsys DW HDMI QP TX controller found in various Rockchip SoCs and other hardware. As part of that he's been building out more of the DRM infrastructure / display helpers around HDMI 2.0 handling, which are now set to be merged for Linux 7.4. This includes adding HDMI 2.0 scrambler infrastructure to the DRM connector code, various HDMI 2.0 scrambling helpers, new functions, and other common code around HDMI Status and Control Data Channel (SCDC) that is found with HDMI 2.0+. This work will be leveraged by the Synopsys DW HDMI QP TX code and in the DRM VC4 and Rockchip drivers as well as usage by other of the possible Direct Rendering Manager drivers working toward HDMI 2.0+ support. This pull request outlines all of the drm-misc-next changes for the week. It's a subset of the full v11 patch series sent out by Ciocaltea in working on the Synopsys HDMI 2.0 support.
