Clancy, 36, is charged with strangling her children Cora, five, Dawson, three, and Callan, eight months, to death at her Duxbury, Massachusetts home in January 2023. The former labor and delivery nurse is charged with first-degree murder, but defense lawyers call for the jury to consider involuntary manslaughter as well as second degree murder. Over several weeks, jurors have heard from expert witnesses, doctors, friends, family, and Clancy's ex-husband Patrick.
