LIV Golf has secured a potential $300m windfall from BC Partners Credit as it looks to continue into 2027.The league lost its multi-billion-dollar funding from Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund (PIF) following the end of the 2026 campaign and filed for bankruptcy protection in the United States. BC Partners Credit will support the next stage of LIV, under which players would become equity owners of the league and its teams. Major winners Jon Rahm, Bryson DeChambeau, Cameron Smith and Dustin Johnson are among the players who signed on with LIV following its creation in 2021 having been lured over from the PGA Tour.Those golfers are some of the creditors listed with unsecured claims - Rahm heads that with 7.5m (£5.5m).
