Letter: Storm recovery must come first, not Skyline
After watching the evening news recently, when Lori Kahikina gave the thumbs up and smiled about a rail extension, I thought that this can’t be a good thing. With people suffering on all islands and going through their agony after the Kona-low storm, one cannot think about the rail or anything else.
