Letter: Relocate Army exercises away from Pohakuloa

The U.S. Army hopes to renew its lease at Pohakuloa Training Area, a roughly 23,000-acre parcel it has used for live-fire training exercises. However, the Army already has access to 132,000 acres of federal land adjacent to Pohakuloa.
