Letter: No automatic rate hike for Young Brothers

I can’t believe that the neighbor island legislators would vote for a Young Brothers automatic rate increase. Those who represent the neighbor islands should be standing against this. We all know everything being shipped to the rest of the state gets hit with “one more charge”; it shouldn’t be automatic.
