Undoubtedly the biggest of the bunch, though, is confirmation of the highly anticipated Ocarina of Time Remake, which is currently set to release later this year. As exciting as that is on its own, we don't really know too much about the approach Nintendo has taken to the game. As a remake, rather than a remaster, there should be a lot more going on that a simple visual update, but until we get a full gameplay reveal, all we can really do is speculate on what is most likely to be the case. However, some tidbits are starting to emerge, and they do give us something of a window into what we can expect. Zelda: Ocarina Of Time Is Coming As first reported by Nintendo Life, the first Switch 2 rating for The Legend Of Zelda: Ocarina Of Time has appeared online, and it provides some wider context about what the game contains. The game has appeared on the title's official Nintendo store page in the US, with the ESRB rating listed as 'Everyone 10+'. The included description also confirms that we can expect animated blood and fantasy violence, though these won't be particularly graphic given the rating. As noted in the original report, the ESRB doesn't have a rating on their website yet, though The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D for 3DS received the same rating, and you shouldn't expect much in the way of deviation. The same store page also includes some extra descriptions of the game itself, where the developer has promised "stunning visuals, updated designs, and timeless gameplay." Though this is obviously just a bit of hype-generating filler, the timeless gameplay element suggests that they are going to try and retain as much of the original as possible. Zelda's 40th Anniversary Celebrations Have Yet To Kick Off Given just how much we already know about Nintendo's plans for The Legend of Zelda as a franchise, it's very exciting when you remember that the real 40th anniversary celebrations haven't kicked off yet. It remains to be seen whether there are other major announcements on the horizon, but we can certainly expect to see more of Ocarina and the upcoming movie adaptation when the party starts in earnest.
