Latest Migrant Caravan in Southern Mexico Begins to Dissolve

After a week of walking north from the border city of Tapachula, Chiapas, in southern Mexico, the latest group of migrants hoping to escape the Mexico-Guatemala border region has been reduced from around 1,000 to about 700. The group is the second to depart the region this year, hoping to reach Mexico City and parts farther north, where jobs are more plentiful.
