TOPLINEPatients with late-onset temporal lobe epilepsy (LO-TLE) and normal cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) biomarkers demonstrated preserved attention despite deficits in other cognitive domains, contrasting sharply with the marked attentional impairment observed in mild cognitive impairment (MCI) due to Alzheimer disease (MCI-AD).
