Lake County will use AI to review medical 911 calls. Humans will still make final personnel decisions

Lake County approved a five-year, $190,816 AI upgrade for its 911 call-recording system as Ohio begins requiring reviews of certain emergency medical calls. County officials say supervisors and administrators will remain responsible for final evaluations, coaching and corrective action.
