LOS ANGELES — A man from Koreatown, Los Angeles, pleaded guilty to throwing two Molotov cocktails made in instant coffee jars inside the Civic Center in downtown LA. He committed the assault on Dec. 1, 2025, and carried two airsoft guns, five knives, pepper spray and seven more Molotov cocktails in his bags, and threatened that he’d have killed the security guards and federal officers who stopped him if there hadn’t been children around.
