LA influencer facing burglary charges for ‘stealing from men she met online’ is arrested again

A 28-year-old Los Angeles model and influencer accused of stealing from wealthy older men she met on dating apps has been arrested again.Adva Lavie, who also goes by the name Mia Ventura, pleaded not guilty to six felony counts related to the alleged thefts and was released from custody with an ankle monitor in March, the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office said.The former Penthouse model, who has claimed to be Israel’s top OnlyFans model, would allegedly develop relationships with wealthy men and young women on online dating websites — just to burglarize their homes.She was arrested again around 10:30 p.m. Tuesday by Beverly Hills police in connection with a separate theft allegation in Riverside County, California, NBC 4 Los Angeles reported.The felony charges she faces include two counts of unauthorized use of personal information, two counts of grand theft, and two counts of residential burglary.Adva Lavie, a model accused of stealing from wealthy older men she met on dating apps, has been arrested again (Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department)In addition to the alleged burglaries, which prosecutors say took place from 2023 to 2025, Lavie is also accused of posing as a girlfriend and travel companion to steal cash, gold and designer items from victims’ homes.At the time of her most recent arrest, she was also in violation of a court order, police said.Lavie, who drives a black Porsche SUV and is engaged to billionaire businessman Stephen Cloobeck, had allegedly texted a witness in the case and crossed into Ventura County — both violations of her court order, according to the New York Post. The judge let her go, but issued a stern warning that if she were to leave Los Angeles County again, she would be put in jail with no bail.The influencer and businessman were set to get married on June 18 in Israel, but the date was moved, according to the Post. Her husband-to-be is a one-time major donor to Democratic California gubernatorial candidate Eric Swalwell before the disgraced congressman resigned. Cloobeck was arrested in May and booked on felony charges related to witness tampering in Lavie’s case. He was allegedly trying to dissuade a witness or victim from testifying. She is expected to appear in court on Thursday. If convicted, she may face up to 11 years and eight months in prison.
