The Vikings are taking a look at a veteran edge defender who has plenty of familiarity with their defensive coordinator.According to the league’s daily transition wire, Kyle Van Noy visited with Minnesota on Tuesday.Van Noy, 35, spent the last three seasons with the Ravens. But Vikings defensive coordinator Brian Flores coached Van Noy with the Patriots from 2016-2018 and with the Dolphins in 2020.Van Noy appeared in 15 games with 13 starts for Baltimore in 2025, registering 2.0 sacks with four tackles for loss and nine QB hits. But in 2024, Van Noy registered 12.5 sacks with 14 tackles for loss and 21 QB hits.A second-round pick in 2014, Van Noy has registered 57.0 career sacks in his 173 games.
