Kyle Juszczyk fined for offensive demonstration for "imitation of chugging a beer"

Adam Schefter of ESPN reports that 49ers fullback Kyle Juszczyk has been fined $14,926 for engaging in an offensive demonstration during the team’s Week 2 win over the Dolphins. According to the fine letter that Juszczyk received, it was for a celebration that involved him pretending to chug a beverage. “Your imitation of chugging a beer constituted an offensive demonstration and could reasonably be construed as being in poor taste,” the league said in the letter. Juszczyk has done the celebration in the past — it’s related to his nickname “Juice” — without drawing the notice of the league and is appealing the fine.
