Kumail Nanjiani exclusively told Page Six that because they’re been shooting so long on location, all the cast does is hang out, so the bonding has been “incredible.” “Often, we’re all living in the same hotel, so it’s kind of like being in a college dorm,” he explained. Gordon, told us, “I haven’t even told my wife!” He also recalled the day the news was announced he was cast in the new season, saying he was completely overwhelmed by the response from friends and family. “I got like hundreds of texts. I’ve never had this many texts over the announcement of a job. It was non-stop…completely flooded,” he said. As for his latest partnership with Purina, Nanjiani — who recently adopted a kitten named Biscuit after the devastating loss of his 17-year-old cat Bagel — often talks about his love of cats in his stand-up routines. He explained that there’s also a “kitty litter cleaning scene” in “Sex Criminals,” his other upcoming show with Gordon that “nobody wanted in there.” “But Emily and I were like, ‘No, it’s gotta be in there!’ and I think it’s great.” Community Guidelines Welcome to the Page Six Community!
