Cody Fueger and Mo Williams represented the Kentucky coaches in attendance to open the live period, and now, it’s time to see what Friday brings as we inch closer toward championship Sunday. Will Mark Pope make an appearance? Odds are pretty darn good. We’ll be following Kentucky’s coaches and all of their top targets throughout the day on Friday. Nightrydas is taking on Vegas Elite, which includes a couple of big-time prospects with UK interest: DeMarcus Henry and Adan Diggs. The gym is packed with coaches and fans. Alabama Fusion has 2028 five-star Erick Dampier Jr., who picked up an offer from Kentucky last month. Mokan Elite features homegrown talent Josh Lindsay, a 2028 four-star out of Louisville who has not yet announced a UK offer but has been hearing from the staff. And who will he be watching first? One of the top high school players in the country and arguably the hottest recruit at Peach Jam right now: five-star PG Cayden Daughtry. Mark Pope (in a fancy all-white fit) has arrived at Peach Jam. Looks like he’ll be watching Cayden Daughtry. Williams showed up late Thursday and stayed in North Augusta into Friday, starting the day with Ryan Hampton and following that up with a floating game set with Beckham Black, Asa Montgomery and Jaxson Davis (injured) all on separate courts. As we begin the noon ET game set, though, there is no denying who the Kentucky assistant is here to see. Williams arrived early and is front and center for 2027 five-star big Paul Osaruyi. Osaruyi, interestingly enough, was the player Ryan Hampton discussed as the player he was recruiting hardest to join him at Kentucky in a one-on-one interview with KSR. New UK offer and four-star guard NaVorro Bowman Jr. is on a competing court, so Osaruyi having Williams’ attention is something to monitor. Something else to monitor: Mark Pope and Mikhail McLean remain in Bryan, Texas for Puma PRO16, specifically for five-star point guard Reese Alston. Starting the live period with back-to-back days at Puma for one particular target is a development. By:Zack GeogheganAnother productive outing for Ryan Hampton07/17/2026 09:46:59 AM Playing in front of Mo Williams (the lone UK assistant we’ve seen so far today at Peach Jam), Kentucky commit Ryan Hampton continued his week of productivity. Hampton went for 19 points and five rebounds in an 87-79 overtime win for Nightrydas over Jet Academy. He shot 5-9 from the field and 1-4 from deep while once again finding plenty of ways to get to the line (8-10 FT). Hampton flashed some good individual defensive possessions, too. He’s now scored at least 15 points in all four games this week as Nightrydas sit on a 3-1 Peach Jam record. When he’s attacking the rim and flexing with his teammates, he can be tough for opponents to deal with. Alongside Hampton was Kentucky target Lewis Uvwo, who finished with 16 points (5-12), six rebounds, and eight blocks. For Jet Academy, fellow UK target Chase Lumpkin put up 19 points, five rebounds, and three assists on 8-20 shooting.
