He graduated from Vanderbilt University with a Bachelor's in Cinema & Media Arts. Writing serves as a much-needed distraction from tackling a backlog of Steam games that will never be surmounted. Sign in to your ScreenRant account KPop Demon Hunters fans will likely have to wait a while for the inevitable sequel, but the fledgling franchise has been gearing up for plenty of other options in the meantime. A KPop Demon Hunters global concert tour was announced earlier this year, and HUNTR/X is currently starring in a Halloween-themed event for the mobile game Monopoly GO. Now, it looks like the franchise will also be kicking off 2027 in style. After the 2026 holiday season winds down, fans with access to an Immersive Gamebox venue will be able to head to their nearest location to check out a new interactive KPop Demon Hunters experience. Today, Immersive Gamebox opened an online waitlist for tickets to an upcoming KPop Demon Hunters experience. Immersive Gamebox is an in-person game experience with 35 locations in total, offering a social experience with gameplay challenges based on player motion tracking and interactive walls. The press release describes the KPop Demon Hunters experience as a new game featuring "gameplay inspired by moments and characters from the animated film." At the start, players will be able to customize a "superfan avatar" before following HUNTR/X's guidance through "challenges inspired by memorable locations, music and moments from the film." The website offers an assurance that Derpy will be there, in case that was the make-or-break factor for anyone. Those who sign up for the KPop Demon Hunters waitlist will be able to access tickets 24 hours in advance of the general sale, which is set to arrive at some point in December. Referring three friends will extend that early access to 48 hours in advance. The website also promises that waitlist members will receive exclusive discounts, access to official collectibles, and special rates for birthday parties. While Immersive Gamebox features some entirely original games, this is far from its first crossover with a major IP. Other offerings include Squid Game, Batman, Angry Birds, and Paw Patrol experiences, ranging from 30-60 minutes apiece. Immersive Gamebox also provides difficulty ratings of 1-3 for its offerings, but the length and difficulty of the KPop Demon Hunters collaboration are not yet available. Considering its popularity with families and children, it's unlikely to be particularly punishing. The KPop Demon Hunters experience will come to every Immersive Gamebox location in the US, with locations scattered across a handful of states and major metropolitan areas. The full array of venues can be found on the official Immersive Gamebox website, which features the ability to either search by your ZIP code or view all the locations on a map. There's still no word on when the planned KPop Demon Hunters concert tour will arrive, so the Immersive Gamebox collaboration might be the best live experience option for a while. It also looks like the best interactive game experience for the time being, as Monopoly GO! is, at the end of the day, still Monopoly rather than anything truly centered on the IP. Hopefully, the event kicking off in January 2027 will just be the start of an exciting year for fans of the franchise.
