Kourtney Kardashian's Son Reign Disick, 11, Says She Does This for the CamerasKourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker threw their son Rocky Barker a toy-tally amazing 3rd birthday party, sweetie. The Kardashians star shared a glimpse into the toddler’s adorable soirée, which she and the Blink-182 drummer celebrated with all their son’s favorite stuffed animals and figurines. In one photo shared to her Instagram Stories Nov. 1, Kourtney, 47, shared a snap capturing all of Rocky’s favorite toys keeping up with the festivities as his stuffed animals were gathered around his birthday cake wearing party hats. But even his toys that were too small for festive wear joined in on the fun as miniature dinosaurs and plastic Monster’s, Inc. characters were scattered across the table for the un-bear-ably cute celebration. But the best accessory was reserved for the birthday boy as a homemade crown with the number three stitched onto it sat on the table. Meanwhile, another photo showed off an array of multicolored balloons on the ceiling. Also in attendance was Rocky’s big sister Alabama Barker—whom Travis shares with ex Shanna Moakler along with kids Atiana de la Hoya, 27 and Landon Barker, 22—who shared a snap of the toddler getting ready to enjoy his birthday cake as Kourtney crouched down next to him. “Happy birthday to my little man,” the 20-year-old wrote over the snap shared to her Instagram Stories. “I love you rock rock.”Instagram/Kourtney KardashianAnd Rocky of course got some birthday love from his dad, who was stuffed with joy over Rocky’s new chapter as he shared a snap of his little one exploring what appears to be a museum, writing on Instagram Stories, “Happy 3rd birthday Rocky I love you.” But the road to Rocky wasn’t easy. After all, Kourtney—also mom to kids Mason Disick, 16, Penelope Disick, 14, and Reign Disick, 11, with ex Scott Disick—shared in Travis’ Hulu documentary Travis Barker: Louder Than Fear that she was pregnant six months into her relationship with the 50-year-old. But she was later informed that their baby girl—who they planned to name Tulip—no longer had a heartbeat during a first-trimester appointment.Instagram/Alabama Barker“When we lost the baby, we were devastated,” Kourtney recalled in the documentary. "We just laid in bed and cried for days. All we wanted was to have a baby together." She went on to undergo IVF, trying five times over the course of eight months, though the procedures took a toll on her mental and physical health. But in the end, the pair conceived naturally, welcoming Rocky on Nov. 1, 2023. "It was a miracle," Travis said. "He's the healthiest, happiest little human I've ever met." Kourtney added, "Having Rocky gives him another chance to do what he loves most and does best: being a father."
