Kouri Richins seeks to postpone decision over new trial, citing ongoing probe

The defense for Kouri Richins, who killed her husband in 2023 and then wrote a children's book about grief, is asking to postpone a decision over whether or not she can have a new trial, citing a separate investigation into whether or not officials attempted to prevent a witness from testifying.
