Kokua Line: What happened to Biki bikes?

Question: How much money is the city spending to keep Biki afloat? This experiment should be allowed to run its course without taxpayers footing the bill. The stations are getting run down, there’s hardly any bikes available (broken down? stolen?) and demand has not been what the city expected. Some ideas just don’t work out.
