Shivakumar and other dignitaries were expected to attend the event, organised to mark a significant milestone in the advancement of medical education and healthcare in North Karnataka. Sources revealed that Mr. Shah’s visit to Hubballi has been cancelled.Regretting the inconvenience caused due to the postponement, the society has said that a revised date for the ceremony will be announced in due course.
