“Real Housewives of Atlanta” alums Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann’s 15-year-old son, KJ, has been arrested for aggravated sodomy and aggravated sexual battery, Page Six can confirm. A female classmate has accused the teen of assaulting her in a gym changing area at the Life Time Fitness in Alpharetta, Georgia, on April 23, according to Fulton County Georgia Juvenille court papers obtained by Page Six. The alleged victim, who described herself as KJ’s girlfriend’s best friend and their “third wheel,” subsequently left the premises for a Starbucks and contacted her family after experiencing a panic attack, ultimately getting examined at the North Fulton Hospital in Georgia. Her April 24 examination, per the police report, showed no evidence of male DNA in her mouth or vagina. Police launched an investigation, making their first attempt to contact KJ’s father on May 14 — and speaking to Biermann, 40, four days later. The retired NFL player told cops he would speak with Zolciak about whether cops could speak to his son, who did not scan into the gym on the day of the alleged assault but was visible in security camera footage. KJ was taken into custody on Monday, Page Six can confirm, and he is being held without bond, and he has a hearing scheduled for Sept. 1.
