The 45-year-old TV personality had asked a judge back in July for her restraining order to be extended against a man named Nicholas Costanza, with her four children included as well, according to TMZ.The SKIMS founder, who was hospitalized for a condition linked to the disease that killed her father Robert, got the request approved on September 10 during a court hearing. The restraining order now protects her kids North, 13, Saint, 10, Chicago, eight, and Psalm, seven, whom she shares with ex-husband Kanye West.It will last for five years, with an expiration date of August 3, 2031, per the outlet.Kardashian's lawyers had requested to extend the order back in July as it was set to expire. Back in October 2021, Costanza was arrested after he trespassed at her Hidden Hills property despite the five-year restraining order at the time. Security detained him and police were called to the scene before taking the man into custody, TMZ had reported. Costanza was then booked on felony charges at the time, and ordered to stay at least 100 yards from the reality star with no contact. He was additionally held on $150,000 bail.
