Kazakhstan says CPC oil exports via Black Sea stable after Russia reports an attack
ASTANA, April 7 - Oil shipments via the Caspian Pipeline Consortium are stable, Kazakhstan's energy ministry said on Tuesday after Russia's military accused Ukraine of damaging loading facilities belonging to the group in the Black Sea.
