KAU organises financial literacy programme for farmers in collaboration with RBI and lead bank

The Kerala Agricultural University (KAU) teamed up with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and a lead bank to run a financial literacy program aimed at educating farmers. This initiative, part of the Experiential Learning Programme for final-year B.Sc. (Hons.) Co-operation & Banking students, seeks to improve financial management and awareness among farmers. This collaboration is significant as it aims to empower farmers with essential financial knowledge that can lead to better decision-making and ultimately, more sustainable agricultural practices.
