Katie Price says 'cherish every moment' after being hit by 'devastating news'

Katie Price told fans to "cherish every moment" as the former glamour model said she had received "devastating news".In a post shared on Instagram, the reality star, 48, wrote about the importance of looking after health and family."Had devastating news tonight," she wrote.
