Harvey, 24, lives with Prader Willi Syndrome, blindness and autism, and former glamour model Katie previously confessed seeing him tip the scales at 30st “breaks her heart”. Speaking to Sophie, she continued: “It’s taken so long but he’s starting [the jabs]. “I can’t wait. Then he can do the rollercoasters, he can do more, walk more and have more energy. “To be obese you need to have a BMI of 27. Harvey’s is 59, so way up – he’s morbidly obese. “So he needs it for his health. This isn’t for looks, it’s for a better quality of life for him.” According to Bupa UK, a BMI score of between 18.5 and 24.9 is classed as a ‘healthy weight’.
