To have just the words on her ribs lasered off, Katie is looking at between eight and 10 painful sessions which could set her back upwards of £2,500. Speaking to The Sun, Jamie said: “It’s impossible to say how many sessions Katie would need to have those tattoos removed. “The ink, colours used, saturation and density all play a part. And lasers do not actually remove the ink – it’s the body and lymphatic system. “We use the Picostar laser with a 1064 wavelength with picosecond technology which reduces the risk of scarring, damage and pigmentation.
