The pair grew close when Lewis hosted Katie and Kerry Katona’s tour around the UK, An Evening With Katie Price & Kerry Katona. “Katie – well, what can I say, the most random, funniest and loyal person I have met and we have had lots of laughs from our daily shopping trips, sunbeds and car singalongs,” Lewis wrote alongside photos of them on tour in November. “When I was always staying in hotels, Katie offered me to stay at her house so I had some company which I felt was such a selfless thing to do. Most read in Showbiz “Also spending a week with Harvey was the best and to see how much of an amazing mum she is and their bond is just the best, he loved my voice-over.” Their holiday comes several days after Lee was put into prison once again in Dubai. The controversial businessman was arrested on Saturday for unpaid debts. Many of Lee’s victims have told The Sun he took thousands of pounds from them in supposed investment schemes only to be left high and dry. Lee has already boasted he’s raised the cash to get out of Al-Awir prison and is expected to be a free man by the end of the week, The Sun exclusively revealed. The cases he is facing include one from Rotana Star Rent-a-car, who claim he has not yet paid for a motor he rented. The outstanding debt totals 266,060 Dirhams – which is around £54,000. Another case that instigated a warrant for his arrest goes back to January 13 last year. According to the documents, he owes 74,817.50 Dirhams – £15,000 – to an UAE legal firm – which suggests unpaid legal fees. “Lee was quick to mouth off about getting released the last time he was in and today has been no different,” an insider explained. “He said the money to secure his release is sorted and that he’s now just waiting for the system over here to process that and let him out. “Lee’s boasts make him unpopular with the other blokes in here because most people are serving lengthy stretches.” 3 comments3
