After the needle was removed, he spilt the blood onto the paper and dipped his fingers into it to continue writing the letter.Watch the video here: Prashanth said the school is now on the verge of closure and appealed to the government to intervene and provide financial support to such institutions.The institution has been functioning for 31 years but lost its eligibility for a grant during the previous consideration due to a one-day shortfall, Prashanth said.
