Kardashian-obsessed TV star ‘Lip King’ was banned TWICE from doing bum lifts before tragic mum-of-five’s BBL death

AN INFAMOUS plastic surgery fan known as the “Lip King” had reportedly been twice banned from performing procedures before carrying out a fatal BBL on a mum. Jordan Parke – known for his TV appearances and obsessive love of the Kardashians – was being investigated over the death of mum Alice Webb when he died earlier this year. Gloucestershire Police arrested Parke on suspicion of manslaughter following her death, but he was never charged. The BBC reports it learned concerns about Parke’s practice were first raised in Dudley in 2019. A second prohibition order was then issued in Salford in February 2024. But Alice’s former partner, Ben Kingscote, said the local restrictions failed to stop Parke from working elsewhere. He said: “If Alice had known about these prohibition orders she wouldn’t have had it done. Most read in The Sun “Her kids were everything to her. She adored her kids. “She wouldn’t have done something that would have jeopardised that.” Calling for tougher nationwide rules, he added: “The agencies in Dudley and Salford issued him with prohibition orders. “He was prohibited from doing this in those parts of the country but that didn’t stop him from moving down here to Gloucester. He said: “The hardest bit by far was telling the kids. “You think about it all the time. It never goes away. “But Alice should be here to see the achievements they’re making. She would be so proud. “My daughter’s mum should still be here. Alice should still be here.” He also revealed he and Alice’s 17-year-old daughter Delsie made sure her mum was included in photographs at her prom so she still felt part of the occasion. Patient safety organisation Save Face said it had repeatedly warned ministers that stronger regulation was needed. Co-founder Ashton Collins said: “Since 2023 we have been campaigning for a national law that would make it illegal for anyone other than a GMC-registered plastic surgeon to carry out liquid BBLs and other high-risk body contouring procedures. “Our proposal is simple: a clear, nationwide offence that applies to all providers, not piecemeal local action.” She added: “We warned government repeatedly that without such legislation someone would die. “In 2024 that prediction became a reality when Alice Webb tragically and needlessly lost her life.” A Department of Health and Social Care spokesperson said ministers would consult on tougher measures covering high-risk cosmetic procedures, including liquid BBLs. Gloucestershire’s senior coroner has said Alice’s inquest is expected to take place before a jury in the autumn. A 43-year-old man, and a woman, 52, were arrested on suspicion of manslaughter and were released on bail pending further investigation following Parke’s death. A Met spokesperson said his death was currently being treated as unexplained, and an investigation to establish the full circumstances was ongoing. Parke, of Dudley, West Mids, starred on US TV series Botched and once said he had spent over £130,000 going under the knife. He underwent a staggering 50 costly cosmetic procedures including upper eyelid surgery, a lip lift, a chin implant and several rounds of liposuction.
