MANILA, Philippines — Is Vice President Sara Duterte already exempted from calls for accountability just because the Office of the President (OP) approved her requests for confidential fund (CF) allocations? This was the question raised by counsel for the prosecution Lorna Kapunan during Duterte’s trial on Tuesday, in response to the cross examination done by defense
