Arick Fudali, Pisciotta’s lawyer, told Pitchfork that “the matter has been resolved.” Terms of the unconditional settlement are undisclosed.Pisciotta had accused West of drugging, sexually assaulting, and sexually harassing her during a tenure, between 2021 and 2023, that also included her roles as an A&R and chief of staff for West and his companies. She initially sued him for sexual harassment, alleging sexual misconduct that included masturbating in front of her in a locked room of a private jet. She later expanded the lawsuit to include the drugging and assault allegations, in a complaint alleging he repeatedly “touched, groped, fondled, grabbed, and forced himself in and on” Pisciotta, without her consent, including once at a party co-hosted by Sean “Diddy” Combs. If you or someone you know has been affected by inappropriate sexual behavior, we encourage you to reach out for support:RAINN Hotlinehttp://www.rainn.org1 800 656 HOPE (4673)Crisis Text Linehttp://www.facebook.com/crisistextline (chat support)SMS: Text “HERE” to 741-741Jazz Monroe is a music and culture writer based in London.
