The Daily Mail has reached out to representatives for West for further comment on the story, but has not heard back yet. West denied all of the allegations made through his attorneys.Pisciotta told the court in a filing last year that she protested when West had tried to kiss her multiple times, telling him it was 'not professional.'On an occasion when Pisciotta said she had worked with West on material for his album Donda, she told the court he had asked her up to his hotel room.Once there, Pisciotta told the court that West had 'abruptly laid down in his bed and insisted that Ms. Pisciotta lay beside him.'Pisciotta said in the legal filing that she did so 'reluctantly,' at which time West began speaking about sex in graphic terms as she 'continued to deflect his advances.'Pisciotta alleged that West inappropriately groped her. She stated that she 'immediately told [him] to stop,' and he soon fell asleep, when she left. She said that he had pinned her up against a bed and positioned his 'body to pin and restrain' her, at which time he sexually assaulted her.Pisciotta said in legal documents that West had made to her 'a sincere apology' at the time, but continued with his pattern of harassment.A rep for West told the Daily Mail in a statement last year that 'each new revision' to Pisciotta's case 'contradicts the others' and that 'each is more absurd and outlandish than all previous claims combined. 'Does Ms. Pisciotta actually believe her confabulations? We cannot know. But this breathless new installment of fantasy fiction discredits all past, present and future testimony.'
