Kangana Ranaut blasts Ashutosh Rana, Taapsee Pannu, labels them 'bhookhe nange log'

Actor-politician Kangana Ranaut has hit back at several celebrities and public figures who have criticised her over the years, naming Ashutosh Rana, Sonu Sood, Rakhi Sawant, Taapsee Pannu and Baba Ramdev. The Bhartiya Janta Party Member of Parliament questioned their achievements and said she would only take advice from people she considers more successful than herself.While speaking to ANI, Kangana said, "I see such people every day, whether it is Ashutosh Rana, who says that I bark like a dog, or Sonu Sood, who says that I should learn how to behave. After she referred to them as "Generation Gutter", Ashutosh Rana urged public figures to be mindful of their language.Sonu Sood called the comments "shameful" and said people should "think before you speak." Rakhi Sawant also criticised Kangana's remarks about young women and Gen Z, questioned her comments and reminded her of the airport slap incident. Taapsee and Kangana first became part of a public controversy in 2019 after Kangana's sister, Rangoli Chandel, accused Taapsee of copying Kangana and called her a "sasti (cheap) copy." The remarks came after Taapsee praised the trailer of Judgementall Hai Kya without specifically naming Kangana.The exchange triggered a brief series of counter-responses, though Taapsee quickly shut down comparisons by refusing to indulge in public mudslinging. The rivalry re-ignited in 2020 during intense debates surrounding insider privilege and nepotism in the film industry.At the height of the controversy, Kangana infamously tagged Taapsee and Swara Bhasker as "B-grade" actors and "needy outsiders."
