Kamala Harris just ‘doesn’t have it’ on the campaign trail: Tiana Lowe Doescher

Washington Examiner economics columnist Tiana Lowe Doescher mocked former Vice President Kamala Harris’s “word salad” on the campaign trail.“This is just who she is, right?” Doescher said Monday on Newsmax’s The Right Squad. “She was a notoriously poor briefer, she did not do her homework before, and unfortunately, unlike Trump, who’s someone who likes to say, you know, ‘give me papers quickly, I don’t want to read a whole book.’ He just has the gift for gab, and Kamala Harris doesn’t.”Harris attended the Reproductive Freedom for All event in New Hampshire Saturday, where Doescher mocked her tangent about children’s curiosity. “I mean if you have the chance, in whatever, you know, your circle of life, to just, you know, talk to like an 8-year-old, and it’s one of the best things, you know,” Harris said. “Someone who just has that twinkle.” Doescher said Harris just didn’t “have it” when it came to public speaking. Prominent Democrats like Harris and former President Barack Obama have been on the campaign trail trying to increase voter enthusiasm for the midterm elections.Obama attended a campaign event for Michigan Democratic Senate nominee Abdul el Sayed on Saturday.“But I do find it very funny, where do they have Obama?” Doescher said. “They have him in Michigan to, specifically, yell at black voters. Bush was supporting more moderate Republican candidates, Doescher added.“The extremism of the party, you have Obama and Harris embracing it, while you have someone like former President George Bush saying, ‘I’m not going to necessarily do anything for Ken Paxton, but I’ll make sure to shore up funds for Susan Collins,” Doescher said.
