The Coast Guard stationed in Batanes and its K9 team arrested the consignee, whose name had not been released to the public. The law enforcers opened the box and uncovered two heat-sealed plastic sachets of alleged shabu weighing 7 grams and worth P47,600. l Local officials, a Department of Justice representative, and a media practitioner witnessed the police and anti-narcotics agents’ inventory and documentation.
