The Court also ordered FHL and Spud to pay costs to a third party involved in the proceedings in the amount of GBP 125,000 and costs to PEL in the amount of GBP 145,000. The costs award to PEL was, however, made contingent on PEL having paid its amounts due under the arbitral awards made in favour of FHL and Spud.Get the latest headlines, breaking news and columns.By signing up you consent to receive the above newsletter from Postmedia Network Inc.A welcome email is on its way.
