The touchdown has the Bills in control at 23-13 after the teams were tied 13-13 at halftime.The Bills opened the second half with a nine-play, 37-yard field goal drive, with Tyler Bass kicking a 47-yarder. Allen then took them on a six-play, 32-yard touchdown drive after Dorian Williams interception of Kirk Cousins.Allen is 16-of-23 for 175 yards and two touchdowns.
