TV presenter Jonathan, 65 – who also shares son Harvey, 32, and daughter Honey, 28, with wife Jane Goldman – previously opened up about Betty’s condition. He said: “[Betty] has fibromyalgia and she has chronic fatigue syndrome and POTS syndrome as well, which is where your heart rate shoots up. “We found a thing called the Perrin treatment. The guy who invented it, he came to talk to me about it. “You know, I mean, I can’t just say to [them] ‘try this, try that’ if she thinks it’s wrong in some way and if [they’re] not going to enter it one hundred percent, of course it’s not worth doing. Most read in Showbiz “But we’ve been having that treatment going on and [they’re] definitely showing some improvement. “[They] still can’t walk very far. We got [them] an electric wheelchair in the summer, so we can at least go out for walks with the dogs and that’s lifted [their] spirits a lot.” 4 comments4
