Jonathan Greenard returns to Eagles practice

Reporters at the open portion of practice shared that linebacker Jonathan Greenard was suited up and on the field. Greenard missed all of training camp with a pec injury. Head coach Nick Sirianni did not share the practice outlook for Greenard at a press conference earlier in the day and did not offer much of a prediction about whether Greenard will be in the lineup against the Commanders this weekend. “We’ll see where that is by the end of the week,” Sirianni said.The team’s injury report will provide more word about Greenard’s participation level, but his presence on the field is a step in the right direction for his eventual appearance on the defense in Philadelphia.
