Mutiny is the latest action thriller starring Jason Statham, the actor who is known for his tough, gritty characters and action-packed movies like The Transporter trilogy, The Expendables series, and Crank — to name a few. In Mutiny, he plays Cole Reed, a former police officer and Special Forces veteran who is framed for the murder of his billionaire boss. As he boards a cargo ship to avenge his boss’s death, he discovers an international conspiracy involving human trafficking. Mutiny stars Statham alongside Annabeth Wallis (Peaky Blinders), Jason Wong (Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves), and Adrian Lester (Ponies). The film is written by Lindsay Michel and J. P. Davis and directed by Jean-François Richet. Davis and Richet also worked together on the 2023 movie Plane starring Gerard Butler and Mike Colter.
