Actor JOHN MALKOVICH has pulled out of a planned April performance in Tel Aviv after an Israeli production circulated a press release quoting him with language he says he never used. The press release quoted the actor as saying, "I am thrilled to return to Israel and am looking forward to meeting the warm Israeli audience once again, to whom I feel a strong closeness and solidarity."
