Joe Gorga talks jump-starting his Botox journey in his 50s: ‘I’m a fan’

Nurse practitioner Natia Rufolo owns the med spa and will be joining the cast of “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” for Season 15. Joe, who has been getting Botox for “about a year” now, said Rufolo gives him “one or two” injections before he’s “out of there.” “I’m a fan,” he added. Getty Images Although he said the process is typically quick, Joe admitted he “hates needles.” “When I get that Botox, I’m holding a stuffed animal,” he joked. “I can’t stand it. I’m such a little bitch.” Meanwhile, Melissa, 47, has been trying to convince her husband to get a blepharoplasty to remove the excess skin from his eyelids. “Melissa’s trying to say, ‘No, you need your eyes done,'” Joe said. “I’m like, ‘What’s the matter with my eyes? It’s your own business. Some people like to say, ‘Hey, I injected this, tummy tucked this,’ and that’s fine, too. It’s something that’s personal to me. It’s one of the very few things that is personal in my life at this point.” Melissa and Joe’s daughter, Antonia, then revealed in June that she’d also undergone a rhinoplasty. The 21-year-old told her social media followers that she had a “deviated septum” that made her nose appear “crooked.” Joe and Melissa aren’t the only ones in their family who have altered their appearance.
