Jim Justice celebrates early birthday for Babydog Justice

Sen. Jim Justice (R-WV) held an early birthday party for his beloved English bulldog, Babydog Justice, who turns 7 years old next month.“Babydog’s birthday isn’t for a few more weeks, but we had to celebrate a little early with our friends on the Hill,” Justice said on X Wednesday. “She sure does have a lot of folks who love her, and Cathy and I are grateful for every one of them.”Photos of the birthday bash show Babydog in a cowgirl hat, sitting beneath a giant balloon arch. Accent balloons included a pink cowgirl boot, a pink cowgirl hat, and a horseshoe, supporting the western theme.Other decorations included a cutout of Babydog sitting on the senator’s desk and hanging on the door with the text “Happy Birthday!”Babydog’s own X account posted about the celebration.“Howdy to all my fur-iends who came to celebrate my early birthday pawty!” the post said. Photos from the post show people lined up to pet Babydog and take selfies.
