The Jets did some roster rearranging on Wednesday. Tight end Connor Hulstein and defensive lineman Patrick Jenkins have signed with the team. Safety Keidron Smith and defensive lineman Eric Watts were waived in corresponding moves. Watts was let go with an injury designation, so he will revert to injured reserve if unclaimed. Hulstein tried out for the Jets at their rookie minicamp this spring. He had 42 catches for 599 yards and seven touchdowns at Marist last season.Jenkins had 22 tackles, six tackles for loss and 1.5 sacks in 10 games for Columbus in the UFL this spring. He played at TCU and Tulane during his college days.
