Jeremiyah Love will remain out of practice this week

At least one J. Love will not be on the field this week. Cardinals head coach Mike LaFleur told reporters in his Monday press conference that rookie running back Jeremiyah Love will still be sidelined this week, Arizona heads to Green Bay for a joint practice and Friday preseason game. “He will not be on the field doing any sort of practice or anything like that right now,” LaFleur said. Love has been out since suffering a high-ankle sprain during the Cardinals’ preseason matchup against the Raiders on Aug. 13. Arizona is reportedly hopeful Love will be able to return by Week 1.Love had 14 touches in that game — 11 rushing attempts, three catches — for a total of 72 yards.
