The treatment is designed to help move lymphatic fluid around the body, which can boost immune function while also reducing swelling and inflammation. She told her followers: “I feel lighter, less sluggish and more in tune with my body.” Health and wellbeing are very much Jenny’s focus these days, especially after undergoing a hysterectomy last year. Now a trained yoga teacher, Jenny only took up the practice in her 50s as a way of reconnecting with herself during a difficult period in her life.
