Actor Jennifer Lawrence has spoken candidly about the plastic surgery she's undergone, following years of speculation, explaining she wanted to be a "sexy mom" after giving birth to her two sons.In a new interview with The Cut to promote the launch of her haircare line, Mes (pronounced “mess”), Lawrence explained she has undergone a boob job, and wouldn't rule out having a facelift in future, when the time is right. She chalked it up to her desire to want to look good with minimal effort."I want to be a sexy mom," she said. "At drop-off, I want to look like a woman that has her shit together even when I’ve just woken up and don’t have my shit together."Lawrence and her husband, Cooke Maroney, welcomed their first son, Cy, who is now 3, back in February 2022. Cy's younger brother, reportedly named Louie, joined the family in early 2025.The Hunger Games legend has also previously discussed having Botox, but being mindful not to “overdo it” as she still needs to be expressive onscreen. While chatting to Vogue back in September, Jennifer said she's also curious about buccal fat removal, but can't bring herself to try it as it'd be too obvious.WWD//Getty Images"I can’t really get very much [Botox] done. I need to have movement in my face—I get baby Botox, but I can't do a lot," she revealed. "I’m really nervous about these fat transfers [that are gaining popularity]. I support other people doing them because I want to continue to watch and see what happens, but I don’t know about [getting] that."I mean, I would love to have a buccal fat removal. I can’t because everybody would know, but just know that I want that."She’s not the only A-lister who has opened up about plastic surgery; Kris and Kylie Jenner have both spoken about their procedures. And since many stars are doing it anyway, we appreciate the transparency, J. Law!
